Terms & Conditions

PURCHASING PRODUCTS:

-Any order placed will not be accepted and no contract will be formed between us until you have been instructed that the said goods are available and that these goods have been paid for and all applicable charges have been paid in full.
-No payment shall be deemed to have been received until we have received payment in cleared funds.
-If the payment fails the order will not be processed and you will be responsible for resolving the issue, unless it has to do with website errors or wrong information communicated on our part.
-We reserve the right at all times and at our sole discretion to refuse or accept any orders.
-If you exercise a right to cancel your order but the goods have already been shipped, please follow the returns policy set out below.
-You are responsible for checking your country’s law regarding the legality of a certain chemical.
-Extremely suspicious behaviour or admitting illegal activities will cause an immediate cancellation of the order and you will be blocked.
-Once the package is in your hands you will be responsible for the storage, use and disposal of each and any product.

DELIVERY:
-Orders are normally delivered in 5-14 days. Delivery times are subject to payment authorisation, compliance with customs controls and other factors outside our control.
-Delays due to problems with the courier will be handled only for what we can control. Wrong shipping address, generic delays, missed delivery, etc. will be not handled by us.
-You will be responsible for giving the correct shipping information and receiving the package.
-All deliveries require someone to pick up the package. The courier will not leave the package unless there is someone to collect it.
-Packages are mainly shipped with UPS, therefore if you are not in to receive the goods, they will be delivered at the nearest UPS point.
-If you prevent delivery of the goods by failing to supply the courier or your local customs, tax office with necessary information or documentation, or failing to pay local customs, taxes or courier’s administration fees and therefore your package is returned, any resulting return postage or courier’s administration fees incurred will be deducted from the amount refunded to you in respect of that order.

RETURNS or EXCHANGE:
-We will offer a refund or exchange (if stock is available) on any unused goods/ unopened chemical batches within 7 days after arrival. You must return the goods to us with their unopened original packaging. You will be responsible for paying the return fees, if you do not, these will be deducted from the amount refunded to you in respect of that order.
-You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the items while they are in your possession, therefore returns will be accepted if and only if the item is in the original unopened package.
-If the quality of the product is compromised (noticed after opening/using the product) you will be responsible for its disposal. We will issue a full refund (comprised of shipping fee) if you can provide irrefutable evidence of the problem, in the form of analytical data.
-Each product is quality tested and a certificate of analysis can be requested, as a consequence any problem not supported by analytical data will not be refunded.
-Damage of the package, spillage, any packaging issue, wrong product sent will be our responsibility. These orders will be refunded in full or exchanged (if stock is available) after providing evidence.
-Contact us before sending back your order!
-We always aim to honour an exchange. If the item you require is out of stock we will contact you and give you a choice of an alternative product or a refund. If the item you require is of a higher value we will contact you to take an additional payment.

CUSTOM ORDERS:
-Returns or exchanges are accepted, but you will not be refunded in any case once you have received the package. You will be eligible for a refund if you cancel your order before we order it from the chemical supplier. We recommend you to be absolutely sure of your order before placing it.
-Shipping times for custom orders can be anything between 7 and 40 days based on various factors. You will be informed about the approximate shipping time for each order alongside the quotation, so you will know how long it will take before placing the order.
-You will receive tracking information once we have shipped the item to you. The journey between the supplier and us is untracked, but you can ask us by mail updates on the journey.
-We will make the order the same day we receive your payment (weekends and festive days excluded), but we will confirm your order once the supplier has shipped it.
-If the package arrives damaged or it is lost, or the supplier will cancel our order you will be fully refunded.
-Illegal drugs, explosives, chemical weapons, EU category I drug precursors, explosive precursors and chemical weapons precursors will not be for sale under any circumstance. If you are uncertain whether you can order a specific chemical feel free to ask and we will gladly clear any doubts.
-Extremely hazardous substances (e.g.: fluorine gas) will not be for sale under any circumstance. Hazardous substances (e.g.: bromine) will be shipped following hazmat safety rules only in small quantities, depending the allowed quantity on the hazard of the substance involved.
