Extremely versatile organic reagent employed in the synthesis of dyes, pesticides, pharmaceuticals and more. Methylamine hydrochloride is extremely hygroscopic and it should be stored away from moisture, the compound is stable and has a very long shelf life. Methylamine HCl can be turned back into methylamine when exposed to strong bases like sodium hydroxide, avoid accidental mixing of the two.

Product is shipped in a PTFE bottle and safely packaged. Higher quantities (>100g) will be also sealed under vacuum
